Core: Solid 3 layer particle board (Halspan or Streboard)
Facings: Veneer from the GSL range (Ash, Sapele, White Oak, Steamed Beech, Cheery, Maple, Walnut, Iroko, European Oak) or prime painted for finishing on site.
Lippings: Concealed lippings on all four edges
Preservative treatment: Not required
Moisture content on delivery: 9–13%
Glazing details: Where required select from, Pyroshield, Pyrodur, Double Glazed DDA compliant vision panel sized at 1450mm x 250mm.
Finish as delivered: prime painted, Acid catalyst lacquer and waxless polish finish 30% sheen.
Other requirements: All doors to be pre-hung on Royd and Tucker hinges.
Door Frames: Hardwood, integral stops.
Seals: Intumescent seals rebated into frame.
Ironmongery: Generally as project requirements. All cut-outs to be CNC machined at factory before despatch to site.
Configuration: Single leaf, leaf and a half, double leaf. Indicate square or rebated meeting stiles.
Overpanels: Indicate if required.
