Door Leaf:
Core:Vertical steel stiffeners with voids stiffened, insulated and sound deadened with pre-expanded, small cell honeycomb core material and laminated under pressure to the face skins. Anti-drill plate to protect hardware components.
Skin: 2 skins of 3mm zintec, 46mm thick door with no face seams. Face skins are connected by stitch welded edge seam for added strength and durability.
Finish as delivered: Polyester Powder coat.
Colour: Consult with GSL Doors for availability of colours and to obtain samples.
Frame:
1.5mm thick Galvaneal with reinforcement profile. Fully protected header allows for a smooth butt-joint with the vertical frame posts.

Glazing details - The use of glazing/vision panels is not recommended for this type of doorset.
Ironmongery:
• Stainless steel hinges and dog bolts
• Mico 942 -3P Push Pad Panic Bolt
• 150mm Stainless steel kick plate
This ironmongery is used as it forms part of the testing accreditation of this doorset
Fixing
Frames are provided with three fixings per jamb with built in adjustment and completed by matching colour co-ordinated cover caps.
Doors shall be tested and certified to meet the requirements of LPS1175 Level 3 Security
These doors are supplied to GSL by ASSA ABLOY Security Doors of Lisburn, Northern Ireland who hold the certification for the Powershield door. GSL are accredited UK distributors of this product.
